US spot Bitcoin ETFs recorded $635.5 million in net outflows on October 22, the largest single-day outflow since June 25, according to SoSoValue data. Farside shows $635.6 million. US spot Ether ETFs lost about $111 million the same day.
The outflows reversed $528.4 million of inflows from the prior day. They also ended a three-day inflow streak worth about $1.08 billion. October net flows now sit near -$175 million. Cointelegraph calls the Ether ETF losses the biggest monthly outflow of 2026.
Bitcoin and Ethereum both fell more than 1% as the selling spread. Aggregated data across Binance, Bybit and OKX shows $60.39 million in BTC liquidations, 88% of them longs. For Irys, no official announcement, listing or partnership was found. AInvest found no fundamental catalyst and attributed the spike to leveraged futures trading.

Worldcoin fell 14.18% on $369.2 million in volume. An institutional wallet dormant for more than a year moved 19.74 million WLD, with 19 million deposited to exchanges, according to Foresight News and Lookonchain. Tokenomics.com data lists about 100.1 million WLD unlocking on October 24. DeFiLlama shows only a linear weekly release of 5.59 million WLD.
Lighter dropped 9.17% after a rally on its CFTC plan. The company said on its Q3 call that it will file two CFTC registrations in November. Coverage says neither application has been filed yet. No specific trigger for the 24-hour drop was found.

Ethereum Glamsterdam Delay
