Spot ETF Outflows Deepen

CFTC Clears Equity Perpetual Futures
CFTC Chairman Michael Selig said perpetual futures on individual U.S. equities can trade on CFTC-registered exchanges for the first time. The "Equity Perps" contracts were deemed approved under Regulation 40.3 on 3 November. CFTC
