Thrill’s website is responsive and functional without being overly flashy, and it offers above-average ease of use on both products. The games launch quickly and run without lag, and the sports betting odds and markets are easy to access and manage.

Playing or betting on the go at Thrill

Thrill doesn’t currently have a dedicated app, and we couldn't verify claims in some Thrill reviews that one is in development. However, based on our tests, the site is fully optimized for mobile devices. You can play or place sports bets on the go by simply opening the Thrill website in your mobile browser. No downloads needed.

We tested the site’s mobile experience on an Android smartphone using the Chrome browser and were able to deposit, withdraw, play casino games, claim rakeback rewards, and track our account. When we tested the Thrill sportsbook in Safari on an iOS device, we were also able to place bets, adjust odds, and complete various transactions easily.

Thrill’s customer support team is available via live chat and email. During our Thrill review, we contacted the live support team and were initially routed to a chatbot, but we quickly found an option to connect with a human agent. We did this and were shortly transferred to one. The agent we interacted with was professional and provided detailed responses to our enquiries.

The email support also responded within the hour when we made enquiries about deposits and withdrawals at the site.
