Bitcoin Beats the Dow and the S&P 500 by a Wide Margin in Q1 2020

Although the first quarter of 2020 was not the best-ever quarter for Bitcoin, the flagship cryptocurrency still managed to beat two of the three major U.S. stock indices -- Dow Jones Industrial Average (aka "the Dow") and the S&P 500 -- by a wide margin.
