What is the best exchange to use in Europe?

I’m mainly using Coinbase advanced tools but fees get high when dealing with higher amounts. Coinbase advance tools is good for purchases under €60, I’m looking for an exchange that has lower fees.

Binance will not allow me to make EUR deposits so Binance is out of the question and CDC pro has very high fees and high spread even with CDC Pro, I can’t make deposits on CDC Pro I have to deposit fiat onto the regular CDC and buy USDT which I have to pay a fee and then send that USDT to CDC Pro, there is also a withdraw limit on CDC Pro.

Can anyone suggest an exchange?
