Coinbase Lists Gaming Studio Vulcan Forged (PYR), Plans to Add Aavegotchi (GHST) Next

• Anyone can now buy, sell, convert, send, receive or store the PYR cryptocurrency on the web version of the page or the mobile application.

• The token supported on Coinbase runs on the Ethereum network and follows the ERC-20 token standard.

Vulcan Forged (PYR) is now one of the cryptocurrencies on offer by the Coinbase exchange. The token was listed on November 29, after the liquidity conditions were met.

PYR is a cross-platform cryptocurrency compatible with the Ethereum network and the additional Layer-2 scaling solution, Polygon.

As for the ecosystem surrounding the PYR token,  Vulcan Forged is a blockchain game studio that has created a marketplace for non-fungible tokens (NFTs) called the Vulkan Market.

The team has created numerous games, including VulcanVerse, an open-world massive multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG), and Berserk, a fantasy NFT collectible card game.

Future Coin Listings on Coinbase

Coinbase initially published a blog post in April of 2022, aiming to increase the transparency for new asset listings on Coinbase, where Vulcan Forged (PYR) was listed.

Other ERC-20 tokens were added to the roadmap on November 29, 2022, including Aavegotchi (GHST) and Litentry (LIT). However, there are also SLP tokens, ARC-20 tokens, and assets on other networks featured in the list.

• The Coinbase listing does not guarantee a price or trading volume increase for PYR. Rather, it only creates a new location through which the token can be accessed and used.
