As 2023 heats up, we’ve been invigorated by a stream of positive developments and opportunities for the VeChain Foundation. From new technologies, developer hires and community growth to Steering Committee elections and exciting IRL projects, the VeChainThor blockchain is ready to take centre stage of the upcoming digital-sustainable web3 revolution.

On the topic of stages, one update we’re excited to share today is the launch of ‘The HiVe’, spiritual successor to the highly acclaimed ‘VeChain Summit’ from 2019!

The HiVe

After much hard work, we’re ready to formally unveil ‘The HiVe’, so-called in recognition of the the power of many to achieve common goals. The HiVe aims to foster collaboration across the Web3 community and act as an inclusive beacon for sustainability focused developments.

From tomorrow, February 2nd, 2023, we’ll be launching The HiVe’s landing and registration pages where you’ll be able to sign up to attend, free of charge.

Taking place on March 4th in Las Vegas, the event will not only feature VeChain-specific content, but also some fantastic examples of sustainability-focused applications of Web3 technologies from other projects and protocols.

X-nodes will have a guaranteed allotment of tickets (50) on a first come, first served basis with another 150 tickets allocated for the community. In addition, physical attendees will earn VeChain’s first official ‘Proof of Participation’ (POP) NFT, unlocking benefits for holders on the day. Can’t attend? Fear not! The entire event will be live streamed in HD across our global social channels.

A Day of Developments

Of course, a VeChain event wouldn’t be complete without exciting news, so, rest assured, we’ll be bringing plenty. We’ll share exciting developments about VeChain’s technologies, launch our new whitepaper and meet a new major partner we’re taking our ‘digital ecosystems’ concept to the global market with.

We’ll also be joined by prestigious speakers, including Nobel Prize winners, sustainability-focused projects and hear about some community-focused developments. Once the day is done, there will be evening activities and entertainment to enjoy with your fellow community members and Foundation team.
