Anyone can mint a "signature" at any time (only pay gas). No restrictions. Uncapped supply. The only way they differ is when it was minted & by whom. Over time, if transferred, a piece will attract more signatures from more holders. It's all about the signature. Just follow it. The on-chain SVG image produced is licensed as CC0. You can copy, modify, distribute and perform the work, even for commercial purposes, all without asking permission.
