- No Terms of Service violations: Your account is in good standing with no record of breaching

2. Regular Subscription Refunds
Regular (non-trial) subscriptions are generally
not eligible for refunds, except under the following specific circumstances:
2(a). Service Unavailability
- Documented downtime exceeding 24 consecutive hours: The service has been inaccessible for more
than 24 consecutive hours.
- Not caused by scheduled maintenance or force majeure events: Refund requests for scheduled
maintenance periods or circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters) will not be eligible.
2(b). Technical Issues
- Platform bugs preventing core feature access: If a verified technical glitch or bug within our
platform prevents you from accessing key subscription features.
- Must be reported within 30 days of charge: You must report the issue within 30 days of the
billing date related to your refund request.
- Must be verified by our technical team: Our support or technical team must confirm the issue
was on our side and not caused by user error or external factors.
2(c). Billing Errors
- Duplicate charges: You were charged multiple times for the same subscription.
- Incorrect amount charged: You were charged an amount different from the listed subscription
price at the time of purchase.
- Unauthorized transactions: Transactions made without your consent (documentation or proof may
be required).
3. Non-Refundable Cases
The following scenarios are explicitly not eligible for refunds:
- Partial or unused subscription time after cancellation: We do not prorate or issue partial
refunds for unused time.
- Plan downgrades: Downgrading to a cheaper plan does not qualify for a refund.
- Feature unavailability during scheduled maintenance: Maintenance periods are announced and
planned; they do not qualify as downtime.
- Change of mind or no longer needing the service: Personal reasons for discontinuation are not
eligible for refunds.
- Failure to cancel before renewal: If you do not cancel your subscription prior to your billing
date, the renewal charge is non-refundable.
- Purchases made via Apple App Store or Google Play Store: We do not process refunds for
transactions made through these third-party platforms. Please refer to their respective refund policies.
- Lifetime subscriptions purchased with cryptocurrency: These are non-refundable and cannot be
exchanged for other services or plans.
