The NFTs shown are generated as part of an OTC product where buyers are able to purchase time locked tokens. The sold tokens can be offered through public (multiple buyers) or private OTC deals. They may also include a time lock. If a buyer purchases locked tokens from an OTC deal, they receive an NFT that uniquely unlocks the purchased tokens once the unlock period expires. The NFT can be transfered, sold, auctioned, or used as collateral - all without the underlying tokens of each NFT being added to circulating supply.
