A lineage of fictional architecture. Mutations are Editions by untitled, xyz. Each Mutation is an ERC-1155 that can be mutated (burned) in exchange for another. The result is a continuous sequence of evolving architecture. Each iteration provides new instruction towards growth, decay, or anomaly. These 3D collages are designed using modular, familiar building elements. Inspired by traditional construction patterns and motifs, now curiously rearranged in the absence of physical logic. The emerging metaverse is a continuous blank canvas being stretched in all directions. A place where the memory of “real” architecture seeks to be replicated but struggles to make sense of an ever-expanding void. Virtually, these staircases, doorways, windows and supports must constantly reassemble new sequences in an effort to survive.
