As Bitfinex invests in El Zonte Capital and El Salvador forges ahead with bitcoin inclusive monetary policy, U.S. Congress introduced S.3666 (ACES) Act as a dinosaur move against countries moving to include bitcoin. The U.S. gov should learn from Wyoming & El Salvador, to become bitcoin-inclusive.
