EET by Cai Guo-Qiang x Kanon

EET is a fortune-telling experience on the blockchain created by internationally acclaimed artist Cai Guo-Qiang in collaboration with Kanon. Fusing ancient wisdom with cutting edge technology, EET is an oracle that communes with the cosmos to answer life’s deepest questions. The EET Fortune builds on the imagery of GUA by layering another GIF—generated fully on-chain—composed of a diagram with upward and downward movements. This resembles both an asterism and a stock chart. Each EET Fortune is composed of a title and six verses generated by Chat GPT4 under the guidance of the I-Ching, classical Confucian texts, and contemporary crypto and Web3 meme culture. Once minted, the EET AI will help users interpret their fortune. With 64 main path types, 4,096 sub-paths and millions of potential variations, every interaction with the EET Oracle is a unique exploration. A limited supply of 7,200 fortunes will be minted in the first phase of the project.
