United by drawing since they first met at the Beaux Arts of Quimper in France, the duo Mrzyk & Moriceau probe our unformulated fantasies and translate them into a tonic and ever-growing universe. Tinged with humour and eroticism, their pop vision has quickly crossed-over from the contemporary art scene to captivate both the music and advertising worlds. Their style, recognizable among a thousand, is made by round, soft and elastic shapes, with a do Not much is known about him - but we believe he comes from the 70s (donning his signature fro, shades, moustache, and socks). That’s our best guess - but truthfully we don’t know. And we like it that way. People can make up their own minds on who this mystery man is, what he does, and where he comes from. We’ve always been drawn to metamorphosis, juxtaposition, absurdity, surrealism, and mystery. But in a fun way. We want to entertain people, with each drawing telling a unique and interesting story. That story is determined by the viewer.”
