BNB Chain has recorded a sharp rise in real-world asset activity, with total value locked reaching a new peak of around $3.15 billion. Data from rwa.xyz shows the figure climbed 34% within 30 days to about $3.15 billion.

The surge highlights a broader shift toward blockchain-based representations of traditional financial products across major networks. Market participants are using tokenized formats to access instruments that were previously limited to conventional financial systems.

Institutional Waves Hit BNB Chain

The network currently supports 345 tokenized assets, covering stablecoins, government securities, equities, and commodities. Activity has also expanded, with transfer volume hitting $1.4 billion over the past month while holder count rose 11% to 40,916 addresses.

Large institutional products account for a major share of the total value recorded on the chain. Circle’s USYC tokenized treasury product leads with a capitalization of about $2.23 billion.

Other major contributors include BlackRock’s BUIDL fund, which has surpassed $506 million in value on-chain. Franklin Templeton’s BENJI fund has also recorded a total value of over $113 million.

Additional offerings on the network include tokenized equity exposure linked to companies such as Google through ONDO Finance structures. Commodity-backed tokens are also present, including gold products issued via Matrixdock.

BNB Chain acknowledged the milestone in a social media update, noting that the network had crossed the $3 billion mark in RWA total value locked. The update emphasized that the figure continues to rise steadily.

Where Wall Street Meets Blockchain

Real-world asset tokenization converts traditional financial instruments into blockchain-based tokens that can move across decentralized systems. These assets often allow fractional access, faster settlement, and continuous availability compared to legacy market structures.

BNB Chain’s infrastructure has supported this trend by offering relatively low transaction costs and scalable throughput. The setup has attracted asset managers exploring blockchain distribution for existing financial products.

The latest data places BNB Chain among the more active networks in the tokenized asset segment. Continued participation from large financial firms may influence how this sector develops in the coming months.
