A new online project called Drawing Bitcoin is turning raw blockchain data into interactive digital artwork. The platform lets users visualize Bitcoin (BTC) blocks in real time by converting transaction outputs into circular radial patterns generated directly from blockchain activity. The project blends Bitcoin analytics, open blockchain data, and digital art at a time when onchain visualization tools are becoming increasingly popular across the crypto community.

The platform, available through DrawingBitcoin.com, allows users to explore and compare individual Bitcoin blocks visually. 

Instead of showing blockchain activity as rows of numbers or transaction hashes, the site converts transaction outputs into layered circular distributions that resemble abstract generative artwork.

Users can compare two separate Bitcoin blocks side by side, revealing how output distribution and network behavior changed across different periods of Bitcoin’s history.

According to the project description, the tool’s original creator is “Bitcoin Architect,” who designed it as a visual programming experiment to help identify interesting Bitcoin blocks for physical art pieces.

The website states that the visualizations are powered through the mempool.space API, which provides live Bitcoin network data.

Meanwhile, BTC was at press time on May 18 changing hands at the price of $76,953.27, which indicates a 1.4% decline on the day, a drop of 4.7% across the week, and a 0.1% loss over the past month, according to the most recent chart information.
