Floki launches new Telegram trading bot

Floki has officially announced its new trading bot, revealing a Closed Beta launch. The new bot works on the Ethereum, BNB Chain and Base blockchains.

Meanwhile, the FLOKI token will be the main utility token of the new bot, the team announced.

According to the Floki Inu team, the new trading tool will initially be available to 150 users only during the closed beta phase.

“Our aim is to advance the way you trade, making it faster, easier, and more efficient,” the project posted on X.

50% of bot fees to buy FLOKI

The trading bot will feature a 1% fee on all trades and will see 50% of collected fees used to buy back FLOKI. The rest of the bot revenue will go to the Floki Treasury.

As noted in today’s announcement, all FLOKI bought using fees from the trading bot will be burned.

This could see increased buy pressure on the FLOKI token. Indeed, FLOKI’s price continued higher after the announcement, rallying to its highest level since March.

The token traded at $0.0002822 at the time of writing, up 26% in the past 24 hours. FLOKI rose 64% over the past month and soared today alongside Pepe and Bonk meme coins.

Floki bot part of roadmap

Floki Trading Bot’s closed beta is expected to run for two weeks. During this period, the closed beta will offer a controlled environment in which the team can identify and fix early bugs. This phase will also provide crucial feedback that will help developers improve user experience.

A public version of the new Telegram bot will be released at the end of this closed beta.

Floki’s new launch is part of the project’s roadmap announced in March. Focus on utility includes FLOKI-powered banking accounts, P2E gaming, metaverse and education.

The launch of the Floki Telegram trading bot comes as the market increasingly takes note of bots amid AI integration. Notable bots in the market today include PAAL AI, ChainGPT and Banana Gun.
