Call me crazy but I love these crazy crypto days!

Title says it all. I just love these crazy crypto times! I am not happy for all the people losing their money, of course. But with the parabolic rise of crypto in the past 2 years I was thinking my days to "load up the trucks" were over. I have some money sitting on the sidelines from some stocks I sold recently that had basically stagnated for 3 years. When they recently popped I cashed out. Now I am ready to DCA hard into BTC and ETH.

Been through so many market collapses and recensions in my years of investing and usually don't have the balls to jump in hard when the markets are crushed. But I am looking forward to it now. Crypto makes up less than 5% of my total portfolio and I consider it mostly a gamble today. But I won't need that money for 10+ years (if ever) so this is my long term lottery ticket.

I believe in crypto fundamentally but with all the scams and and fraud that have been going on for YEARS, I think we have hit the "do or die" moment. I expect BTC to fall to $15K this week, maybe lower. Will DCA every few days just to make sure I am not buying into a dead cat bounce. But long term this is exciting if you have some cash, which is understandably difficult in the current economic environment.

Most of my portfolio today is BTC, ETH, and ALGO. And some SOL, DOT, and misc. shitcoins. Expect to take a big/total loss on most of them in the future. ALGO is a flyer for me that I give a 50-50 chance of a great return. But BTC and ETH are the blue chips in crypoto I hold - and even then the chance for them to go to zero is still possible. So like I said, long term lottery ticket. We will never see the days of penny coins going to tens of thousands of dollars again. But some of these more known have a chance to 10X or more.

Try to have fun out there and don't pull all your eggs in the crypto basket! Perhaps this crypto winter will teach some of the new investors there is rarely a true "get rich" scheme that works. Or is legal. And if it is illegal the chance you are left holding the bags is high. Be safe out there!
