What if the internet gets turned off?

So Elon Musk loves crypto but simultaneously has built an empire of internet connectedness with starlink. Clearly I don’t know enough about the internet, but if all the networks are shut down because crazy corrupt people in charge, Elon for example, want all our money, how do we access our Bitcoin if we don’t have an internet connection? Excuse me for my catastrophic thinking.
