Hey there, Qtum Community! Can you believe it’s already September? Let’s take a moment to look back on all the awesome progress and exciting events that made September such a special month for our community. So grab a drink, get comfortable, and let’s dive in!
We’re excited to introduce Qtum Tank — an exceptional platform for blockchain enthusiasts to exchange novel ideas, participate in insightful discussions, and connect with industry leaders every Thursday on our X space.
If you’d like to participate in Qtum Tank, simply fill out the form below, and your project could be selected!
We are excited to inform you that FoxWallet now offers full support for Qtum. With its unique hybrid-based blockchain design, Qtum provides enhanced security and allows access to smart contracts and DApps.
Additionally, with Fox Wallet’s Multi-chain feature, you can manage multiple assets more efficiently, securely, and conveniently using web3 services.
We’re excited to share our new campaign aimed at empowering artists within the Qtum community!
Artists will share their journey and creative process through exclusive video interviews, where they’ll share the inspiration behind their artworks.
Then, they’ll join us for a comprehensive “Paint and Learn” NFT workshop, where our team will guide them from setup to uploading their art on Oases.
Finally, Connect virtually in our X Space events, a dedicated space for artists, collectors, and potential buyers to engage and share their passion.
For those with physical art, Oases will cover all shipping costs, ensuring the masterpieces reach buyers hassle-free.
We had our first Qtum Tank Space. Unfortunately, the segment was cut short, but you can still catch what was discussed in the recording.
We had an X space dedicated to the Mainnet’s 6th anniversary.
And we couldn’t skip the chance to talk about our new partnership with FoxWallet!
The Qtum mainnet went live on September 13, 2017. Time flies, doesn’t it? The Qtum core team has been working hard and has released over 40 wallets to improve the blockchain’s speed and keep up with the latest developments from Bitcoin Core and Ethereum.
Looking ahead, the team is excited to focus on making the third-party developer experience even better with the upcoming v24.1 hard fork, which will include support for Ordinals.
Qtum marked its presence at the Ninth Global Blockchain Summit!
We already announced it, but here it goes again: Qtum Core v24.1 — This update introduces ordinals on Qtum and requires a hard fork for activation. It’s a mandatory update for all users.
Check out the release notes for more details.
If you are yet to become a part of our community, we invite you to join us and stay informed about the latest developments, participate in discussions, and contribute to the growth of the Qtum ecosystem.
That concludes our updates for September! We extend our heartfelt thanks for your continued support and enthusiasm. We look forward to a more fruitful and exciting October!
Warm Regards,
The Qtum Team.
