I built a service to skip Bitcoin Core's Initial Block Download – chainstate.io

Syncing a fresh Bitcoin Core node takes 1-3 weeks. I got tired of waiting every time I set up a new machine, so I built a small service that sells daily-updated pruned snapshots.
How it works: you pay €10, download a .tar of blocks/ + chainstate/, extract it into your Bitcoin Core data directory, and start the node. It picks up from the snapshot – no full sync needed. The whole thing takes minutes instead of weeks.
Details:
- €10 one-time, no account required
- Works with Bitcoin Core v28–30.2 on Windows, Linux, and macOS
- Snapshot updated daily
- Download link valid for 24 hours after purchase
For those wondering – a pruned node still fully validates the blockchain, it just doesn't keep old blocks on disk (~550 MB blocks + ~12 GB chainstate). You're not sacrificing security, just storage.
