The NFT duck incubator has been launched!

Duck season is open! As of today, users can swap their EGG tokens for the Duck Hunters game’s genesis ducks on wavesducks.com. Under a formula described in the Ducks Improvement Proposal, one NFT duck will cost 1 EGG for the first users.

At the early stage, an EGG holder will be able to get one of the two genesis ducks, Elon Duck or Satoshi Duck, in one of the four background colors. A digital duck will be generated in the form of a non-fungible token (NFT). It could be stored in the Duck Wallet and be used for “breeding” to create new-generation ducks. As a result, a user would be able to get a unique duck and sell it under the buyback program.

To get an NFT duck, you need to have EGG tokens in your account. They have been distributed among participants of Duck Hunters’ rounds and could also be bought on Waves.Exchange or Swop.fi.

A step-by-step guide for getting an NFT duck:

• log in to wavesducks.com, using your Waves.Exchange account or Waves Keeper. In the corner of the screen, you’ll see the number of available EGG tokens
• if you have enough tokens to buy an NFT duck at the current price, you’ll be able to click the button “Hatch a duck” on the Incubator page
• wait for two minutes for a duck to “pop out of the egg”
• in the Duck Wallet section, you’ll see your new duck and information on its uniqueness
• hold on to your duck — it’s the start of your collection!
