What is the cheapest exchange available to buy crypto

Just like the title says where or what exchange is the cheapest to buy crypto. Robin Hood seems to be charging a .20% fee in the form of a spread above the spot price. Coinbase does the same is this typical Across most platforms or is there a low cost fee. I know it’s not much but every dollar counts in this game. I’m just hoping someone has a better trading platform than the ones I have used. But I don’t want to skimp on safety or stability of the platform. I see a lot that are laying off employees and that is always worrisome. I would hate for whatever platform I was using to shut up shop and not be able to withdraw or trade.
