I dont get the tulip trust (Wright/Kleiman/Satoshi)

People of reddit down the bitcoin-rabbit-hole, I need your help.

So Craig Wright and Dave Kleiman set up the tulip trust as can be seen here: https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/2644014-Tulip-Trust-Redacted.html

(alegedely of course)

a) Why would Craig Wright set it up? What would be the benefits?

b) He set it up because he knows Kleiman could have some old BTC. Kleiman's dead so Wright wants to have them. But what sense does it make if they are all lost? How does he wish to get access?

c) Assuming this is true, why would Ira Kleiman sue against Wright? Does he believe that Wright and Kleiman were associated?

If you could help me out with that, I would be soooo happy.
