OMG Taxes

First of all, just wanna say holy f***. I just spent the last 10 hours trying to import everything into Koinly. Spent the $179 to file the stupid taxes.

Things I’ve learned today? JFC almost nothing. There are so many wallets not supported in Koinly such as Cosmos, Bitforex, OMI, Yieldly. I spent so much time creating wallets by scratch in order to then manually imput every transaction in those that didnt have an API or didnt have a CVS which is surprisingly too damn high!

Can you deduct the $179 fee for Koinly from your taxes?

I called an accountant before I did all this and they basically had no clue. Hopefully I’m about to save a lot in not using an CPA.

Moral of the story, stay on top of it throughout the care. Cannot emphasize that enough. I did stay on top of it but clearly it wasn’t enough.

And yes, before anyone asks, I did put the Moons in there too. That was ALSO a pain
