Inyeon

Inyeon (인연) is a generative series about how encounters accumulate into form. Simple motifs layer like sheets of ink emulating the effect of RISO printing techniques. Planes slide, mask, and sometimes mis-register; overlaps create new tones. Inyeon explores what happens between intention and accident, and where quiet meets density. Beneath the method is a metaphor: memory, relationships, and identities are bound through inyeon - threads of chance pressed together until they read as one surface.
