McClenney - find my line

some of the best things in life evolve naturally and organically. relationships blossom. love blossoms. intimacy blossoms when you allow it to naturally blossom. "find my line" is to me a sonic representation of that exact feeling. that amazing moment where you find the perfect way to show this other person that you want them and you're theirs if they want you too. Whether it's something you say, a gesture with your body language, or a mix of the two It's very subtle, but powerful. There's this spark in that moment and it's one that lights a fire in the special moment you share. There's a trust and vulnerability you share in that moment. Whether you're single or in a relationship the moment exists. If you're like me, engaged and in a relationship for 5+ years, that fire always remains because the bond I share with my partner is so deep and true. Those special moments are even more powerful because we get to exclusively share them for the rest of our lives together. writing "find my line" was just as organic. It flowed so naturally, from the writing, to the production, to the recording to the mixing/mastering. There was a bit of pressure leading up the moment everything flowed, but once it finally struck I believe I found my own version of a diamond.
