Ethereum, XRP Lead Crypto Rally as Altcoins Record Huge Daily Gains

Momentum returned to the cryptocurrency market as several leading assets pushed higher during the latest session. Bitcoin BTC, however, moved more cautiously, rising 0.4% to approximately $74,200, suggesting that capital rotated toward altcoins as traders searched for higher short term returns. Ethereum ETH advanced 2.4% to trade near $2,320, showing stronger buying interest compared to previous days. At the same time, XRP climbed 2.7% to around $1.52, reinforcing its position among the top performing large cap assets. Meanwhile, BNB declined 0.9% to about $674, indicating mixed sentiment across major tokens.

Solana SOL maintained steady progress with a 0.5% increase to near $94, supported by consistent demand. In contrast, TRON TRX recorded a slight 0.1% decline, while Dogecoin DOGE dropped 1.9% to trade near $0.1002. WhiteBIT Coin WBT posted a modest 0.5% gain, reflecting relatively stable conditions.

Altcoins Outperform as Market Rotation Accelerates

A stronger trend emerged among smaller cryptocurrencies as several altcoins posted sharp gains within a short period. Peaq PEAQ surged 52.0%, leading the gainers and attracting significant trading volume. Centrifuge CFG followed with a 46.7% increase, supported by over $215 million in trading activity. Additionally, Dego Finance DEGO rose 39.4%, while Animecoin ANIME gained 38.5% as speculative demand increased. Unitas UP advanced 26.6%, reflecting growing participation across trading platforms. Clearpool CPOOL also climbed 20.2%, showing continued interest in decentralized finance tokens.

Moreover, MemeCore M and Grass GRASS recorded gains of 18.2% and 17.6% respectively, reinforcing the broader altcoin rally. Consequently, traders shifted focus toward mid and low cap assets where price movements appeared more aggressive. Trading volumes remained strong among major assets, with Bitcoin BTC exceeding $58 billion and Ethereum ETH crossing $35 billion. XRP XRP and Solana SOL also maintained high liquidity, supporting their upward momentum.

This pattern highlights a market environment where Ethereum ETH and XRP XRP lead large cap gains, while altcoins deliver stronger percentage increases across the broader sector.
