Sanctioned Russian Giant Rostec Bypasses Banks with Tron-Based RUBx Stablecoin

Rostec has announced the upcoming RUBx stablecoin on the TRON blockchain with the RT-Pay system. Supported by ruble-denominated obligations and CertiK review, the token will facilitate compliant domestic and cross-border payments for firms and users restricted by SWIFT sanctions.
