BitMart withdrawal

Hello this morning I got to know about bit mart shutting down so I sent a withdrawal request for my KAG tokens around 600 dollars ( my savings I earned from my part time job) I sent a smaller amount to check my address it went through but the bigger one is not processing I’m very worried will this go through? What will happen? I contacted their customer support but they told me to wait
