Marbles series

With no beginning and no end, the sphere is a universal symbol of continuity. Marbles seeks to explore concepts around our perceived sense of time by introducing a perfectly centered orb into a never ending natural flow of movement found in nature. Each composition is composed from captured time-lapse sequences that have been collected over the last ten years from locations across the globe. Each marble perpetually loops with the intention to induce a meditative state around each temporal moment. Marbles consists of thirty-nine 1/1 original works filmed and composited by Tyler Fairbank.
