Obaa is a collection of 512 mortal NFTs by Miles Peyton, presented by galerie-yechelange.baby. Each edition is a living world inhabited by OBAA, a radiant water being who shapeshifts and engulfs other creatures in her membrane. OBAA unfolds on multiple time scales, on the order of milliseconds and hundreds of years. Each OBAA is synced to a real world timezone, and changes throughout the day. Every organism in the work is mortal, with lifespans in the range of months to years.
