Pleaese don't implement unclear BIPs

I don't know exactly what's going on. Pleaese be honest. How many of you know what BIP119 exactly does? Probably very few. We just hear warnings everywhere. I thought i knew some things about bitcoin. But today i learned that i can't even vote against that update with my node. I don't even know what that update does, and i even can't tell you exactly after reading about it. All I can do right now, as far as my understanding goes, is raising my voice against that update, simply because of the fact that i can not tell what it exactly does and what risks it implies. PLEASE don't implement something unclear to most of us.
