Side investment pot for my nephew is already over 3x up in 11 months!

So I thought it would be fun to start a side investment pot for my nephew - nothing crazy, $20 on each Xmas and birthday (mid April). I’m a huge Alt fan, but decided on a conservative 50% split of ETH and BTC, no crazy moonshots. The whole idea is long, long term HODL. 50% when they are 18, 50% when they are 21.

Sure, if I’d thrown some into some of my alt picks, the gains would have been bigger, and I’m an active trader; but I don’t want to mess around with it. Whole idea is to just keep it simple and not mess with it.

I hadn’t checked for a few months, just noticed they are currently already at 3.2x investment (mostly ETH gains) - just goes to show you that the slow DCA and HODL strategy works!!

Could turn into nothing, could be something big in the future, either way if their little bag pumps we’ll be shooting for Mars 🚀

As it stands: About 4.6x up on ETH About 1.6x up on BTC
