The elephant in the room

r/cc moderators and admins are earning way too much money and accumulating way too much voting power.

EDIT: It has come to my attention that every distribution mods get something like 10% of all the tokens distributed, admins get 20% and 50% go to users earning karma. That amounts to a mod earning over 10k USD a month.

Which means overtime we will get less and less per karma while mods and admin keep on getting the same amount.

This is setup to become a real big problem since the amount of tokens you hold has a weight when you vote for new rules to this sub. Giving them way too much control and a lot of money along with that.

I believe we need to rethink how the distribution is done, an overhaul is needed.
