Trash Barbie

Introducing "Trash Barbie," a thought provoking post-photography collection of 200 enigmatic images, reimagining Ken and Barbie as they address themes of neglect, abuse, and objectification. Venture into the unvarnished world of "Trash Barbie," where images depict dolls marked by time as a metaphor for the vulnerability and resilience of real-life humans. Set against the backdrop of motels, trailer parks, and rural living, each piece exposes raw emotions beneath the surface. The collection embraces the current golden age of post photography that we'll only be in for a short time. This is done by seeking out the imperfect AI artifacts and making them a central element of the aesthetic of the collection. To create this collection, 30,000 initial images were created. Less than 1% made it to the collection.
