Does Bitcoin Cash (BCH) FAIL the Howey Test for Securities? What about Bitcoin Gold (BTG)? Bitcoin Diamond (BCD)? Bitcoin Satoshi-Vision (BSV)?
Will the SEC regulate them as Securities? Or will the CFTC treat them like commodities?
It might not matter now, but it will in the future.
