Buying Bitcoin with USDT

Been holding USDT for quite a while now, mostly waiting for a good Bitcoin dip opportunity to finally enter in (long term) position. With the market moving like this again,

I’m seriously considering swapping part of my stack, but I’m trying to avoid all that centralized exchange stuff as much as possible

Does anyone know good decentralized ways to swap USDT into actual BTC? I’m mainly looking for non custodial or privacy friendly options, preferably without KYC because I really don’t want to go through Coinbase or similar platforms just for a simple swap.
