Multiple transactions under same txn hash? Tax reporting question

Hey everyone, not sure if this is the right place to ask, but I had a quick question for tax purposes regarding reporting uniswap taxes and etherscan:

So I’m trying to manually add transactions from what’s shown on etherscan. Some of my transactions show multiple transactions under the same txn hash. Ex: Under the same hash, it’ll say I bought 0.1 eth for 10 tokens of coin A, but then sold 20 tokens of coin A for 0.2 Eth. Essentially 2 different transactions listed under the same txnhash.

Anyone know how I would report this? Would I report multiple transactions with the same txnhash for reference?

Thanks in advance.
