They're paying for real people.</p> <p>And the dev grants are everywhere if you know where to look. I mean, protocols like Zama and Ink are literally handing out USDC to people who can build tools and ship useful code.</p> <p>Even just being a good Discord mod is a legit paid gig now, because projects are realizing a strong community is more valuable than a hyped-up chart when things are slow.</p> <p>It’s just weird seeing this whole quiet economy being built while the front pages of most exchanges, Binance, Bybit, BYDFi, you name it, are still just pushing 200x leverage and the memecoin of the week.
