A recent top thread links to an article with a misleading title. Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong has expressed support for normal Russian citizens and has not closed their accounts. The article is in reference to 1. Coinbase’s process to identity and close accounts belonging only to individuals on the U.S. sanctioned list (Russian govt officials, oligarchs) and 2.
