Ballet Cold Wallet: Yay or Nay?

I've spent the last three hours watching reviews, reading reviews, and looking up what the best wallet for cold storage is and every single one has a flaw of some sort. There is no 'perfect' wallet.

Ballet seems like the best for my needs. Please tell me if I'm wrong, or where I might be mistaken.

Need #1 Hodl. I have 0 interest in spending BIT--the only asset I will be moving/touching.

Need #2 keep some BIT on PayPal (where I have 100% of my BIT) for use, if and when I need to.

Does Ballet have this covered? If I buy $100 worth of BIT each month, and move $80 worth onto the Ballet, this would suit me well ... yes?
