Moonpay not refunding a failed transaction

Exactly what the title says pretty much. My bank (Starling) no longer supports cryptocurrency purchases, so unfortunately i wasn't able to use coinbase as my cards wouldn't work.

Thought I'd try moonpay, i had quite a few successful transactions with them in the past. Used google to sing in, they gave me their details etc bank transfer order. I proceeded to pay £199.00, transaction failed and account disabled due to breach of terms of use.

They haven't refunded me despite their policy stating 10 business days etc. I have harrased them since the 28th of last month (failed)

What can i do? I have contacted support and it's always the same shit? Please someone help me out, I'm down £199!
