Coincenter's TC Analysis: Most important read through I've done

I've read ~50+ whitepapers and articles for the Ethereum Audible podcast and yet this is probably the most important one. Coincenter released an in depth analysis on the legality of the OFAC sanctions.

TL:DR They overstepped their bounds.
