Bitcoin is less and less volatile, making it more and more of a real currency

I know we’re seeing Bitcoin go up and down a lot especially this week, but if you’ve been here for as long as I have you know that that is nothing compared to the moves we have seen before. We literally went from seeing moves like +30% in a day to seeing a +3% that scares everyone into buying.

I think this is all good, Bitcoin needs some stability at last, Bitcoin needs that to settle down a little. Not merely of the fact because many people invest in it, but because this is what we need to move it into becoming an actual currency like Satoshi envisioned. And in case you haven’t noticed, currency aren’t that volatile (not that much anyway).

Even investors are straying away from Bitcoin directly. Not because it is bad, but because their time and energy are rather spent on something a lot more volatile. Look at the Metaverse and how much attention it has generated, with people jumping on board every crypto projects that tries to incorporate within the Meta like Sand or Suku, investors want volatility, regular people want stability.

I know this will make a lot of people upset, but as we all knew this is inevitable, and in fact, this is what Bitcoin was designed to become.
