OCC Conditionally Approves Conversion of Anchorage Digital Bank. This happened in 2021 when the fed seized over 3 million in Bitcoin. It will be interesting to see where the FED stores the new Bitcoin seizure of over 3 billion. Is this a push to build a balance sheet?
