I am sold on the idea that BTC is the only asset that is likely to keep on appreciating in value because of its properties. I have been DCAing ~100 USD every week for 2 years now, and I can wait 20 years to see the fruits( I am 27 yrs old) But is BTC of any use for someone who is already 60 yrs old ? By even generous estimates, such a person would have 15yrs left to actually enjoy their wealth. My father has surplus fiat to buy maybe 4 BTC. Is there any merit in him buying btc ? I am torn by the fact that his wealth is getting devalued constantly because of inflation and at the same time he might not be in a position to reap any benefits from BTC because of his age. Any thoughts on this ? Are you guys recommending BTC to your aged parents ?
