Using images of her mom-mom’s floral tablecloth, Shay created 4 unique animated artworks in photoshop to represent her grandmother's essence as a person, as well as a symbol of their relationship and bond throughout Shay’s childhood and adult life. The bonds we create within our family as children can either make us, break us, or mold us into the person we become as adults. Throughout Shay’s childhood, her grandmother was there for her in ways no one else in her family has been. Every time she visited her mom-mom, it was as if time stopped, the sun shined brighter, and the dark days became no more. Shay wanted to commemorate her grandmother and thought it would be amazing to do so on the blockchain. Thank you mom-mom for always being there for me. I love you so much. - Shay
