Can I get BT back from Multibit?

I am only barely competent with buying/selling and have only done a couple of times. I found a document I made to myself years ago about some BT I had but not sure what it means and if i can recover. Obviously I changed the words. where would it be and how do i get it!?!? any help?

I initially put .062 btc into multibit - datestamp 2968/58. Think correct wallet words aka seed are: lll kkk iii ddd fff hhh sss ooo ppp bbb www aaa (12 words). There were also these 11 words: xxx www sss ggg fff bbb rrr sss ppp lll fff. Supposed to be 12,18, or 24

Multibit not supported so via seeds put btc into electrum (or are they still in multibit but now access via electrum?)
