NodeOps Debuts $NODE Genesis Airdrop with Staking, Bridging, and Cloud Rewards

NodeOps has officially released the $NODE Genesis Airdrop, which will kick off the “$NODE Season.” Eligible participants would be able collect their airdrop allocation in the official portal. As $NODE is now live, offering exclusive rewards up to 112.5% through staking, bridging, and deploying on NodeOps Cloud with the Genesis Airdrop. The claiming process will commence on June 30 and end on August 29, followed by tokens reverting to the Community Pool.

Users will need to attach an EVM-compatible wallet and authenticate themselves using Privado ID to start the claim. Once verified successfully, 10 percent of the issued $NODE for matching will unlock instantly. The other 90 percent will require specific on-chain tasks that can unlock them gradually. These options are topping up $5 credits, staking 25 $NODE minimum, and deploying workload on the future NodeOps Cloud infrastructure.

Staking and Bridging Options Available

Reserving $NODE tokens releases 20% of the allocation and presents yearly proportion rates (APY) of up to 250 %. The lock-in times can be between 30 days and 365 days, and longer periods mean higher APYs. Staking is also made available using the same portal, where the user needs to approve the smart contract as a user before registering their transaction.

Moreover, users are allowed to transfer their $NODE tokens across chains. Bridging provides a cross-chain transfer of assets, and users are recommended to consider the finality times of a chain when performing a transaction.

NodeOps Unlocks Additional Opportunities

In addition, there are increased incentives for user participation in the NodeOps infrastructure. The remaining allocation is held until a workload is deployed on the NodeOps Cloud, which will go live in the coming weeks.

At that point, 50% of the remaining allocation will be unlocked. An additional 25% bonus will go to those who implement an Orchestrator Node on the new Layer 3 network. Together, these activities can release up to 112.5% of the initial airdrop supply.
